P.C.S. has a cutting-edge technology plant, organized according to maximum efficiency criteria.

The production and market requirements demand a continuous modernisation of the machine park, presently consisting of high-performance spark erosion machines, a turning center with multi-tasking capability, 5-axis milling machines equipped with platform/pallet quick coupling systems and a 5-axis equipped with a 6-stations pallet changer. All of them are high-speed machines with CNC numerical controls and supported by tool/electrode changers with up to 130 slots.

Other usual and traditional machines are available, such as radial drilling, grinding machine, die-spotting machine and further measuring tools for an immediate and complete check of the equipment at cycle end.
