HISTORY
P.C.S. is a mechanical workshop with 45 years of experience in the manufacturing of die-casting dies for light alloys and plastic materials.
Our production is mainly focused on precision equipment to manufacture parts intended for the automotive and household sectors, electric installations and gift and fancy goods.
WORKING PROCESS
Thanks to the latest generation machinery and software, an optimized production cycle based on lean production processes, our large experience in the manufacturing of dies of any kind and the long-term cooperation with trustful partners, P.C.S. creates dies that are correct in every single part and with long-lasting performance.
MANUFACTURING PLANT
P.C.S. has got an advanced technology plant that complies with maximum efficiency criteria. Multi-tasking turning centers, latest spark erosion machines, 5-axis high-speed milling machines equipped with quick coupling devices and pallet-changer. All these machines are connected to the corporate network.
